I am a qualified coach who can support managers address their people leadership challenges. I adopt a solution based approach in my Leadership and Management coaching which typically covers career planning, work/life choices and support with the range of issues that either trouble or confront people in their professional working lives.

After completing my doctorate, I set up Dandelion Careers to provide support for employers wanting to create neuro-inclusive working practices as well as specialist advice for neurodivergent people.
