Neurodiversity at work
Neurodivergent people bring talents and skills that aren’t found commonly in the majority of the population. These different ways of thinking and working create both challenges and opportunities. Areas to explore are:
What stereotypes about neurodiversity, for example an autistic person, exist in your organisation? Do you harness neurodivergent strengths?
Do your existing career development systems discriminate against neurodivergent people? Do performance management frameworks handle neurodivergent behaviours and styles?
Here’s the support I offer:
Audit of your organisation’s competency framework against neuroinclusive behaviours
Identify roles where neurodiverse people will do well
