Hear what previous clients say about how coaching has helped them:

in my coaching sessions Anne listened really carefully and asked some tough questions, exactly what I was hoping for. She stimulated and challenged my thinking and I now feel I take better decisions which will benefit my team and my organisation.
— Ali Newton, Head of Marketing Consultancy, Digital Marketing, Notts

Investing in coaching marks your commitment to building upon your existing strengths and at the same time addressing areas that you wish to develop. Typically, these include preparing for promotion interviews, gaining confidence, assertiveness, developing leadership skills, reviewing work/life choices, exploring new career paths and reskilling. The range of issues that confront people in their professional working lives is vast, which means that everyone brings different topics to coaching.

Everyone has different needs, but 3-10 sessions over 3- 4 months is typical.

Like all professionally qualified coaches, I have a preferred approach to coaching. Mine is to work with your current strengths, be solution focused and look forward not backward. You’ll benefit also from practicing skills and trying out new thinking patterns in between the coaching sessions.

You can take up coaching either online, by phone or face to face.

Anne is obviously a professional, but I was amazed at the ease in which she put questions to me and encouraged me to consider different perspectives. My colleague has remarked I seemed to have grown in confidence and delegating ability.
